The ground-floor accommodation is ideal for single, double or family occupancy.

There is a double bed in the bedroom, a double bed settee in the sitting room and we can add a 'put-me-up' or cot for small children. There is Sky tv and Wi-Fi connection to broadband internet facilities are available.

Children are welcome and can use the garden, which has a climbing frame and trampoline.

There is ample off-road parking and central heating.

The village has an excellent pub and local facilities and we can offer discounted day rates at a local health centre.

We are a non-smoking establishment and do not offer self-catering. However there are tea and coffee facilities and a fridge in the kitchen. Evening meals can be recommended in local pubs or there are a variety of restaurants etc in Newbury.

We are ideally suited for business users (short or medium term) with Vodafone's world headquarters within 4 miles. Alternatively the accommodation is ideal for holiday makers touring the south and visiting Oxford, Windsor, Bath, Stonehenge etc all within one hour. London can be reached by road (M4) 60 miles or by main-line railway from either Newbury or Didcot. Heathrow airport is within the hour by car.
Newbury Racecourse is within 5 miles.

We can accommodate those with limited disabilities being ground floor accommodation although there is a small step into the property.

We are a small family run business regularly assessed by the Tourist Board at '4 Diamonds'. We have been running the B&B for over 15 years. Due to the size of our business we are unable to accept credit or debit cards.
