Jennifer and Richard Woolley extend a warm welcome to guests in their comfortable country home set on the edge of the Cotswolds, 2 miles from M4 motorway jnct 18. Located to the northeast of Bristol with easy access to the M4, M5 and M32 motorway network.

Windylands is the perfect place for both business and leisure travellers. It is ideally situated for the amenities of Tetbury, Malmesbury, Westonbirt Arboretum, Castle Combe, Dyrham Park, the Georgian City of Bath and the historic maritime city of Bristol.

Bath with its many attractions including the racecourse, rugby and theatre is only 12 miles away. It is only 15 miles to Bristol which is the centre for business in the southwest.

The Cotswold Way and several good golf courses are close by, also, Badminton, where the internationally renowned horse trials take place. There are colour TV's and hospitality trays in the bedrooms which overlook the garden. (You may get a glimpse of a deer or fox passing through early in the morning). Guests are welcome to use the lounge and seating area in the garden (weather permitting!).

Breakfast can be served at most times according to guests' requirements. Chipping Sodbury and Yate are approximately 5 miles away where there are several good restaurants to suit most tastes (Indian, Thai, Italian and Chinese) or there are local walking distance.

There is ample off road parking in the driveway at the side of the property and a lockup for bicycles. Free Wi-Fi on request. Contractors are welcome and discounts are available for weekly stays. POA
