Toad Lodge Bed and Breakfast is an elegant Italianate Villa situated in the quiet residential area of Cotham, Bristol BS8

Toad Lodge has been personally run by the same family for over twenty five years and in that time has attracted visitors from all parts of the world who appreciate the relaxed and tranquil surroundings of this 'hidden gem'.

Many of our guests have been returning to us year after year.

Each room is individually decorated and we have striven to retain the original features of this elegant Georgian Villa. Our rear facing rooms overlook an extensive lawn and gardens that guests are welcome to relax in. (Weather permitting, of course!)

Toad Lodge is just a 10 minute walk from Bristol city centre with its eclectic mix of eateries and nightlife and such popular areas as Gloucester Rd.

Clifton Village, one of the oldest and most affluent areas of Bristol is just 10 minutes away from us. It's well worth visiting for its range of restaurants and unique shopping experience. It's also home to Brunels famous Suspension Bridge as well as the Observatory and the Rocks Railway.

Toad Lodge is conveniently close to Bristol International Airport, Bristol Temple Meads Station and the M32.

We are ideally situated for visitors to the BBC, University, the Bristol Royal Infirmary and Children's Hospital.

Many of our guests who are visiting Bristol use Toad Lodge as a base from which to explore such local attractions as the Clifton Suspension Bridge, the SS Great Britain and The Matthew and Bristol Zoo. Additionally the Colston Hall and Bristol Hippodrome are only a short walk away from us.

We have free off-road parking and all rooms have television, tea and coffee making facilities.

Our prices include a succulent breakfast served in the dining room.
