Woodleys Farmhouse lies off the beaten track, set in the midst of 30 acres of farmland

At the B & B, there is plenty of seating in the gardens for the use of our guests, overlooking stunning views. Whilst enjoying the scenery, relaxing outside in the afternoon, or on a summers evening, you may also be greeted by the ducks that come and sit by the ponds, or have the friendly wagging tails from our retrievers who are always overjoyed to meet our guests. Ample parking is available within gated grounds.

Our rooms are well proportioned and have been tastefully refurbished over the last year. The rooms are all individual ranging from the twin with a private bathroom opposite, doubles, standard and large, with en-suite and the superior with Kingsize bed.

Each room has digital TV with built in dvd, tea and coffee making facilities. and hairdryers. Some of the larger rooms have comfortable chairs enabling our guest to relax after a long day touring the area.

Our location gives the opportunity for
pleasant walks and quiet seclusion but is also well situated for Local Attractions.

Many guests enjoy visits to
Bletchley Park, Home of the Codebreakers, which is ten minutes away, or
Woburn Abbey, its beautiful Gardens, the Deer Park and Antiques Centre, and Woburn Safari Park. All just 3 miles from Woodleys Farmhouse. Within the Safari Park is Go Ape, the award winning high wire forest adventure course of rope bridges, Tarzan swings and zip slides.
Gulliver's Land is another nearby Theme Park for Family Fun.

For the Motor bike and car racing enthusiasts Silverstone is 40 minutes away, where the annual Moto Grand Prix and The Formula 1 Grand Prix is held

World class music entertainment is found at The Laine Dankworth Theatre, or more widely known as The Stables, which is situated in the next village of Wavendon approximately 2 miles away.

Stowe Landscaped Gardens, Claydon House and gardens, The Althorpe Estate, are also just a few of the many other tourist attractions nearby.
