Welcome to Housefortyone,a comfortable, 4 star modern home offering bed and breakfast facilities in a convenient location,with private parking. Easy access to the town's train station, shopping centres and the Waterside Theatre.

Each of our 4 oak furnished bedrooms are equipped with en-suite facility, large shower, a flat screen TV, free WiFi access and all other necessary room requirements, including luxury toiletries and hand and bath towels. Our private breakfast room offers a changing menu for you to enjoy. We strive to meet any of our guest's dietary requests, and can always offer choices to satisfy their requirements.

Highly recommended on TripAdvisor and awarded 'Certificate of Excellence 2015' There are shops and pub/restaurants within easy walking distance from Housefortyone. Children are welcome and a room can be adapted for a family, with children up to 12 years.

Tariffs are as follows : Rooms 1-4 single occupancy.£65, and 1,2 and 4 £85 double. Room 3 (being slightly smaller double ) £75.

Our food is always locally sourced as much as is possible. We use our local butcher's and fruit and vegetable supplier, and the eggs are ALWAYS free range.

Our menu choices are regularly changed to give our guests further options, but we will always adapt our breakfast meal to suit any personal needs.
