Tower House
Tower House is a large redbrick Victorian house, situated in a private tree lined road, in a very quiet location, with stunning river and meadow views, yet only five minutes walk from Chester's historic centre.
With its Roman walls, amphitheatre, famous clock, cathedral and unique black and white rows Chester is a wonderful city to explore. There are a plethora of restaurants, bars and shops giving the whole city a vibrant atmosphere.
Within close proximity also is Chester Zoo, the Blue planet Aquarium and Cheshire Oaks, the huge, well known designer outlet centre.
Tower House offers a very high standard of accommodation. All 3 rooms are large, furnished individually with antiques and have their own bathroom facilities.
One bedroom has its own turret with sitting area overlooking the river. Breakfast is served at a long antique dining table in a dining room also having a turret with garden, river and meadow views.
Tower House has a country house feel in a city location. Our aim is to ensure that the guest feels at home and relaxed in a friendly atmosphere. There is ample parking in the drive.
Steps in the garden lead down to the river and a round tower, which is a garden folly built in the 1850's and recently restored to provide a garden room at the River Dee's edge.
Tower House is only a 10 minute walk from Chester City Station, 45 minutes from Manchester airport and 35 minutes from Liverpool airport.
Chester is an excellent base for exploring Cheshire, full of quaint villages and lovely countryside and North Wales with its coast, mountains, castles and stunning scenery.
