Come to Good Farm
At Come to Good Farm, tucked away in a beautiful valley between Truro and Falmouth, we offer the best in farmhouse bed and breakfast: comfortable four star accommodation, a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day. With the choice of a double ensuite room in our farmhouse or a detached family suite, we hope that you will have everything you need for a pleasant stay and we look forward to welcoming you into our home at any time of year.
We have sheep, chickens, ducks, dogs, ferrets and a cat on the farm, all in need of feeding and attention so there is always something to see or join in with and children love to help us collect the eggs for their breakfast. At particular times of year we offer specific 'lambing' and 'chicken' breaks where you can come and learn all about keeping and caring for sheep and poultry.
Our farm is centrally placed so that you can make the most of Cornwall's diverse range of activities and attractions: close by are the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trelissick Gardens, Loe Beach (including cafe and sailing school), The Pandora Inn at Restronguet, Truro Cathedral, The Roseland Peninsula, Falmouth and its beaches.
We are close to many beaches and water sports are available on the doorstep - Loe Beach where you can hire kayaks or pedalos and learn to sail and windsurf or, just a few minutes further away, is Mylor Yacht Harbour and Restronguet Sailing Club where Ben Ainslie learnt to sail!. There are numerous country walks from 2 - 10 miles! Also, the National Cycle Way runs very close by and you can also cycle along the tramway from Devoran to Portreath.
There are several good eating places in the area - The Punch Bowl and Ladle at Penelewey, The Royal Oak at Perranwell, The Norway Inn to name but a few! Also, Truro and Falmouth are conveniently close by with all the amenities on offer in a city and a busy waterside town.
