Nanscawen Manor House is a delightful country house set in an idyllic location.
Only 2 Miles from The Eden Project. It stands in 5 acres of grounds & gardens with lovely views Southward over a valley.

There are three luxury en-suite rooms all bathrooms have spa baths and showers.
The elegantly furnished drawing room leads into the conservatory, where breakfast is enjoyed.

Gardens and Swimming Pool

You are welcome to enjoy the peaceful, tranquil beauty of the gardens.
The large outdoor swimming pool is open and heated from mid May to mid September and has wonderful views to the South over unspoilt countryside. Our guests may luxuriate in the hot spa tub, which is beside the pool and is heated to 97f.

Many good restaurants are within easy reach. An ideal base for touring all of Cornwall.

The Rashleigh Suite £122 for two b and b per night.
This is an extra large en-suite bedroom, with views of the garden to the South, West & East. This bedroom has a English Oak carved and inlayed four poster bed with a hand made Irish 6'x 6'mattress. The Rashleigh also has a plasma TV and dvd player. The bathroom has a separate shower, bidet and Long spa bath.

The Prideaux Suite £98 for two b and b per night.
This is a luxury en-suite bedroom, in the South wing of the house and has a four poster bed, with views of the garden to the South. The bathroom has separate shower and spa bath.

The Treffry suite £98 for two b and b per night.
An elegant en-suite bedroom which a six foot double bed, (can be two single beds) with views of garden to the South & West. The bathroom has shower over a long spa bath.

All rooms have colour T.V. hairdryer, direct dial telephone and tea /coffee making facilities. These prices are per room and include a full English breakfast.

Single occupancy of a double room is less £10
Children over 12 years welcome.
We are sorry pets are not permitted.

Arrivals after 4pm and before 6pm please.
If you are going to be later them 6pm please telephone us.

Departures by 10.00am.

We hold a 'Gold Clean Air Award' that means,
We are totally non-smoking in all parts of the house, gardens and grounds.

Breakfast
Breakfast is cooked to order with a wide choice of starters, which include: Freshly squeezed orange juice muesli, etc. as well as a selection of other fruits and yoghurt. You may like to try a traditional English breakfast or locally smoked salmon with scrambled eggs.

For Dinner
There is a wide and varied choice of fine restaurants locally, directions and recommendations are available to help you choose.

We are not licensed to sell alcohol so you are welcome to bring in drinks with you when you come to stay.

Discounts are available for stays of 7 days or longer.

Booking Conditions
To book a room we require a credit or debt card number and expiry date that is still currant at the time of your stay. No charges will be taken from this number unless you cancel in which case we take the cost of one nights stay as a deposit / cancellation fee if we can not relet your room for the time you have booked to stay.

We do take one night stays if they fit in with the other bookings. No surcharge for one night bookings. We would not want to take a one night on a Saturday if it was going to block the weekend! Easter, and Bank Holidays we would be looking for Friday to Monday minimum 3 nights.

Payment
We accept cash, sterling travellers cheques (or personal cheques for U.K. customers only. for payment of balance by Visa/Mastercard a 3% surcharge is added. There is no surcharge for payment by debt cards e.g. Switch, Connect, or on any deposits paid. Rates are subject to change by the management.

Find St Blazey on the A390, look for the Jet garage, opposite the garage is Prideaux Road sign posted to the Eden Project, follow Prideaux Road up the hill for 3/4 mile, Miss the turning right sign posted to the Luxulyan Valley proper, we are 250 yards further on the right.
