Rose Cottage is an ideal central base for touring Devon and Cornwall visiting the Eden Project, the NT properties of Cotehele, Lanhydrock, Buckland Abbey and Saltram, the beautiful moors or Bodmin and Dartmoor. A short drive from superb beaches, Tintagel, Boscastle and Bude. Rose Cottage, situated in a sheltered valley of Launceston with superb views of the castle, town and countryside, welcomes its guests to Bed and Breakfast in a friendly, peaceful atmosphere. Close to the golf course, Riding School and the sailing school at Roadford Reservoir.

Guests are provided with high standards of comfort and hospitality. En suite double, en suite twin and our single rooms have double glazing, central heating, colour TV, hairdryers plus beverage making facilities and Wireless Internet access. They are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished and have fresh flowers. All our Rooms are serviced daily.

We offer choice of hearty and healthy breakfasts utilising locally produced ingredients. Cereals and fruit juices are starters for both Hearty and Healthy breakfasts. Hearty breakfasters have a choice of bacon, sausage, eggs, fried bread, grilled tomato and baked beans. Fresh fruit, yoghurts and crisp breads are available for the more health conscious breakfaster.

An excellent evening meal is available at the nearest Inn/restaurant, 4 minutes walk from our guest house. Launceston has a wide choice of restaurants, Indian, Italian, French, Fish and Chips within walking distance for guests wishing to explore further.

Off road guest parking provided. Outdoor smoking covered smoking area provided. Pets accepted by prior arrangement. We are open all year round even at Christmas.
