We are on Albany Terrace - a pleasant and quiet location with spectacular views over St Ives Bay.

Just a short walk from the town centre. We have private parking for guests (something of a rarity in St Ives). If you are travelling by bus or train - we are only a short distance from both the bus and railway stations.

If you are walking we are not far from the South West Coast Path. There are some great walks in either direction. To the west you can head towards the spectacular coastal scenery on the route to Zennor. To the east you can walk to the lovely and unspoiled Porthkidney sands.

Our attractive Victorian house has two guest bedrooms - a double and a twin. Both are modern and simple in design, offering a you comfortable and elegant place to stay. Tea and coffee are provided.

The double has an ensuite bathroom and sea views.
The adjacent twin has its own shower room and separate WC next door. Views over the garden.

We provide a delicious breakfast to suit you, using freshly produced organic, local or homemade food wherever possible. Served in our light and airy Breakfast Room at the front of the house.

We have a garden with seating for guests. You can sit out in the sunshine with a book and enjoy the views.

St Ives is a wonderful place to visit. Beautiful scenery, four sandy beaches, a host of galleries, shops and top class restaurants.
