This 'Non-Smoking' accommodation includes your own entrance; the bedroom has an adjoining sitting/breakfast area. It has TV/DVD, use of kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. The wet room has rain drops shower, with hair dryer. WIFI hot spot. Complimentary parking. Sleeps 2.
Our private home is off/on the main bus route, to Penzance, Lizard, St Ives, Truro etc., is less than 100m walk to the bus stop, 3 minute walk to the Marazion town, beach. Main Line Train Station is Penzance. Which is next to the main bus station, next to the Tourist Information Office. During summer months there are open top buses following the scenic coastal routes.
Bed and Self Service Continental breakfast (fruit juice, cereal, bread and butter and marmalade, yoghurt, fresh fruit, tea or coffee and milk). Check in after 4pm, check out 10.30am or by prior arrangement.
20% deposit required. Full payment required three week before stay.

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 weeks before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
Marazion is one of Cornwall’s oldest Charter Towns, a popular destination for beach holidays. Marazion beach is sandy, offers safe bathing, and water sports e.g. windsurfing, kite-surfing and sailing. The famous castle of St Michael’s Mount is just a short causeway walk away at low tide, or go by ferryboat.
There are several pubs, restaurants, shops and art galleries. There are many walks along the cliffs on the Cornish Coastal Path to Perranuthnoe, Prussia Cove, Praa Sands and Porthleven.
The “Cornish Way” cycle route runs alongside the main road. Bird Watching on the Marazion Marshes RSPB Reserve. Penzance is less than 3 miles away (a pleasant walk along the sands). It has delightful tropical gardens. Visitors can make day trips to the Isles of Scilly from Penzance either by helicopter or boat. St Ives, with its many beaches and the famous Tate Gallery, is just 8 miles away.
The granite cliffs of Lands’ End lie only 13 miles away, with countless coves and standing stones to be seen along the way. The Minack Open-air Theatre and the picturesque harbour of Mousehole.
