Whilst perfectly located for visitors to the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and local beaches such as Mevagissey, St. Austell is also a good base from which to explore further afield.

Relax in our recently refurbished rooms which offer hotel style and comfort at B & B prices. Tregarth is a convenient stone's throw from the town centre and offers free on-site parking to its guests.

Tregarth is a newly refurbished, large and quirky 1920's property with half an acre of south facing garden. None of our three guest bedrooms share a party wall with another so privacy is maximised and each is individually designed and decorated for our guest's comfort and enjoyment.

Our location gives easy access to the cinema, pubs and local eateries which include Frankie & Benny's; Costa; Subway; Weatherspoons; various pubs and Prezzo (coming shortly). Leave your car in our car park and it's a short two minute walk into town for an evening meal or to watch a good film with no arguments about who's driving.

Alternatively, guests are welcome to use the dining room in the evening if a simple take-away is what you prefer. Plates, cutlery and glasses are provided so relax and enjoy.

Breakfast is served at individual tables in the dining room and guests can help themselves from the cold buffet whilst their cooked choice is prepared to order. Tea and coffee along with toast and preserves are served to your table.
