Ring O Bells Inn
The Ring O Bells at St Issey, is located about two and a half miles south of the popular fishing port of Padstow and within easy travelling distance of some of the best sandy beaches in Cornwall.
Here in the heart of the village stands our 17th Century Inn, which has appeared in ITV television's 'Cornwall with Caroline Quentin'.
A centrepiece of the village, The Ringers can be found opposite the village Church. The pub has a small courtyard garden to the rear and an intimate restaurant which is very popular with locals and visitors alike.
The Ring O Bells is well known locally for serving really good quality home cooked fayre at ‘pub meal’ prices. Many of the pub's ingredients are sourced from its own smallholding, where it even rears its own livestock.
The perfect location St Issey is ideally placed for anyone wishing to tour the North Cornwall coastline, with its rugged cliffs and beautiful sandy beaches.
Every year thousands of tourists visit the area, because of its great wealth of attractions, including the 'Seven Bays for Seven Days'. Additionally, the popular seaside town of Padstow is just minutes away, where visitors will find a cornucopia of small shops and of course the Seaview Restaurant, home of television chef Rick Stein.
If you are looking for bed and breakfast with a real taste of village life, there can be no better way than staying at the village pub. You don't have to worry about drink-drive limits, the table of your restaurant is just yards from your room and you won't even get wet if it rains... perfect!
