Garrack Hotel
The Garrack was originally built as a house back in 1923; and like many quality domestic dwellings in St Ives, was made from Cornish granite. We’ve kept the welcoming country house feel, with a range of smaller sitting rooms, cosily lit by lamps and open log fires. The restaurant is in a conservatory off the old house, serving superb Cornish produce with one of the best views in St Ives.
