The Appleby Manor Hotel, near the Lake District, has 31 luxurious and spotlessly clean bedrooms, including those in the Coach House annexe (all non smoking). All the beds are of the highest quality, to guarantee a peaceful, undisturbed, good night's sleep. If you fancy a good read before bedtime, the versatile lighting will help you relax with one of the many popular books or magazines provided.

Appleby Manor's newest hotel suite is furnished to the highest of standards and provides guests with the ultimate in luxurious accommodation. It is a very large room and features the original oak panelling from what was once the Victorian Billiards room. All of the furniture in the accommodation is bespoke and it has a delightful window seat looking over the Lake District Fells and towards Appleby Castle.

The hotel suite accommodation features a king sized bed, a 42' Plasma TV, a lovely lounge area with tea and coffee facilities and comfortable sofas for you to relax in.
The bathroom is the height of luxury; with a Jacuzzi bath and luxury spa toiletries - ideal for relaxing in with a glass of champagne. Perfect for relieving those aching muscles after a hard days sight seeing in the Lake District or Yorkshire Dales. The hotel suite bathroom also has its own TV and walk in shower.

The suite has private access to the leisure centre where you can ease the stresses and strains away of everyday life and take time out and relax in the Turkish Steam rooms, sauna or a swim in the plunge pool.

Appleby Manor Country House Hotel offers a number of Executive Deluxe bedrooms, these are located in the Victorian manor house built in 1877.Due to a refurbishment programme undertaken in February 2007 all our four poster bedrooms were replaced with Executive Deluxe rooms as of the may 2007. The deluxe rooms have been individually designed and all have bespoke furniture, some with king size beds. All the bathrooms have been totally refurbished to include Jacuzzi baths, heated screen bathroom televisions and bucket head showers.

Ideal for romantic breaks on the edge of the Lake District, each room is furnished with period furniture and luxury fittings, all Executive Deluxe rooms are en suite some with magnificent views over the Eden Valley, Appleby Castle and the beautiful Lake District. All the rooms are maintained to the highest standards and cleanliness, they feature comfortable seating areas - many with sofas, lcd televisions, tea and coffee facilities, multi channel tv, in house movie channel, direct dial period telephone, modem points (wi-fi coming May 2007).
