Free packed lunch for those guests who are leaving early for the ferry.
We are ideally situated approximately 1 mile from town centre, bus/rail stations & ferry terminal. We are also on a regular bus route.
The blue flag beaches (renowned for their water sports & beautiful walks),as well as the famous Compton Acres Gardens & wealthy Sandbanks area are approximately 2 miles away.
The Quay (well known for its Sunseeker boats), Light house art Gallery & Poole park are approximately 1 mile away.
We pride ourselves with high standards of both cleanliness & decor throughout. There are lots of extra touches in the rooms which go to make your stay more homely and pleasurable.
All of our double/twin rooms have shower en-suites and also have refreshment tray, a selection of toiletries, freeview TV, hairdyer, clothes brushes, radio alarm clocks & wireless internet access, guest welcome pack with lots of useful information.
Each room has individually controlled thermostatic radiators.
Ground floor double en-suite room available. You are welcome to use our guest TV lounge.
Ample forecourt parking is available at the front of the property.
