The southern Comfort guest House is situated just 5 minutes walk from Christchurch town centre. We are a small family run guesthouse with spacious en-suite rooms that can cater customers requiring family, twin or double rooms. All of our rooms have TVs and tea/coffee-making facilities. Breakfast is served between 07:30 and 09:00 each day and there is a choice of cooked breakfasts available as well as a selection of cereal, toast, orange juice and tea or coffee.

WE offer regular out-of-season bargain breaks from £25 per person per night.
We are just 5 miles from the centre of Bournemouth and are often used by fishermen who use the famous Royalty Fishery, which is located just a few minutes away from us.

The large conurbation of Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole is the ideal place for a holiday with many attractions easily accessible.

Christchurch, as well as having the marvellous and picturesque quay, has Christchurch Priory , an 11th century church which is the longest in England and dominates the skyline of the town. Christchurch also has its own beaches at Mudeford, Avon and Highcliffe.

Bournemouth is the more lively partner with excellent night-life and restaurants and the shopping in the town-centre and at Castlepoint, 3 miles away has everything you could want.

Poole has the up-market area of Sandbanks, where the beach is to-die-for and the leisure area of Tower Park.

I have not even touched on the magnificent New forest, with Beaulieu Motor Museum, or the Purbecks with Durdle Dor and Monkey World!

Altogether it is the ideal centrally-located place for that long-awaited break or holiday!
