Shepherd Cottage is situated for a fantastic walking holiday and sight-seeing experience and within easy footpath access to the coastal path, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Tyneham Village and Kimmeridge Bay or visiting the many local attractions which include Lulworth Castle, Lulworth Cove , Durdle Door, Tynham village, Monkey World, Swanage Steam Railway, Bovington Tank Museum, Kimmeridge Bay, Corfe Castle, Brownsea Island, Swanage, Weymouth, Studland Beaches, Poole & Bournemouth.

The accommodation is very private and spacious. Shepherd Cottage has a double bedroom with magnificent views of the Purbeck hills and sea glimpses. There is hanging space and chest of drawers and bedside cabinets for plenty of storage, Sitting room with cosy two-seater sofa and chair: Digital TV/DVD, side tables, facilities with kettle for tea and coffee provided. Bathroom has bath with electric shower and power shower over and Bidet. Complimentary bath shower gels and soaps provided.
Sorry no dogs and no smoking indoors.
There is private off road parking.

Breakfast at Shepherd Cottage is served in our dining room from 8:30-9:30am or earlier upon request. A choice of fruit juice, cereals, fruit & yoghurt, full English menu, toast and preserves. Any request will be provided if possible.

There are many local eating places and public Inns, notably the Castle Inn and Weld Arms within a mile have a fantastic reputation and menus to bet. There are further eating places in Lulworth Cove one and a half miles away, and a fish and chip takeaway or seating outside. There is a Spar shop in Wool 3 miles away open from 7:30 to 10pm every day serving takeaway snacks. Also in Wool there is a fish and chip shop eat in or takeaway and Chinese takeaway. There are also two pubs both serving food. There is a local village shop in West Lulworth.
