The Paddocks B&B, Melbury Abbas, Dorset

The Paddocks Bed and Breakfast is set in 7½ acres in the North Dorset countryside and backs onto Fontmell and Melbury Downs and is within the Cranborne Chase, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Our accommodation is modern and comfortable and consists of one double bedroom with King Size bed, private shower room and sitting room which can also be used as a second bedroom for an adult or child.

There is plenty of off road parking and you have your own entrance.

The Sitting room has Freeview television, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, games, books and local magazines.

All rooms are non-smoking.

You are welcome to meet all our animals.
We have two 2 Shetland sheep
4 Khaki Campbell Ducks
3 beautiful Guinea Fowl
and lots of lovely Chickens!

We use our own eggs at breakfast and most days you will have a choice of chicken or ducks eggs - during the season they may also be Guinea Fowl eggs available! We also try to make most of our own jams from the garden - harvest depending!

Our main bedroom based on two sharing, Inc. breakfast is priced at:
1 night for 2 people: £85.00
2& nights for 2 people: £75 per night
Single occupancy for the main room - £49.00 per night.
Sitting Room - used as a second bedroom
Over 12 - £26.00 per night
Under 12 - £20.00 per night

There are plenty of things to do & great days out to enjoy, inc: Longleat, Wincanton Races, Glastonbury, Larmer Tree Gardens, Fleet Air Arm Museum, many National Trust properties to visit such as: Stourhead & Kingston Lacy - English Heritage: Stonehenge & Sherborne Old Castle to name a few.
