For those who enjoy privacy and independence our 1st floor annexe is accessed by stairs, which look out over your own private garden with river frontage.
The large family room is light and spacious with far reaching views across open countryside and the beautiful grounds of The Old Mill which have been designated a Site of nature Conservation Interest (SNCI). Ever changing flora and fauna abound. Come and see kingfishers, egrets, herons and sometimes even an otter.

We are close to Poole and Bournemouth and not far from the attractions of Dorchester, Shaftesbury, Wimborne and Sherborne.
The sandy beaches of Canford Cliffs and Sandbanks are a 20 minute drive away. Studland, Swanage and the Jurassic Coast are not much further.
There are many National Trust properties and grounds nearby, including Corfe Castle and Kingston Lacey House and Grounds.
There are lovely countryside walks all around this area of Dorset, many on our doorstep. The North Dorset trailway runs all the way from Spetisbury to Sturminster Newton.
We are conveniently situated for visiting The Great Dorset Steam Fair and for The Larmer Tree Festival.
We are also conveniently placed for visits to the numerous independent schools in the area.
Importantly, we are less than 10 minutes walk from the friendly village pub which serves delicious food.
We accept children of all ages.
Sorry, no smoking in the room but there is plenty of space in the garden!
