Situated on high ground in a beautiful rural location Top Parts Bed and Breakfast is just a mile and a half from Dorset's Jurassic Coast and less than a mile from the Dorset's South West Coast Path. From the Bed and Breakfast location there are stunning unspoilt views across the Dorset countryside.

The accommodation is arranged in a delightful period stable building within a courtyard with a seating area outside during the summer months. We have two rooms, both en-suite that can be arranged as either doubles or twins. (By request we can put an additional bed in one of the rooms to accommodate an extra guest) Between the two rooms is the breakfast/evening room with facilities for making hot drinks etc and a small library with maps, books and guides relating to the area.

Top Parts Bed and Breakfast has been popular in the past with a wide variety of guests pursuing many different interests in the locality, from visiting historic monuments, houses and gardens to walking, sailing and fossil hunting and a host of further activities. Guests have often commented on how comfortable the beds are and the breakfasts, with the menu changing on a daily basis, have proved a huge success over the years.
