On the M1(M) at J62, head into Durham on A690 and continue all the way through Durham City still on the A690 in the direction of Crook. At Neville's Cross go over the lights [crossing the A167 but still on the A690] go down the hill and over the roundabout. After passing the Stonebridge Inn on the left, follow road left [original route of the A690] for 100 yds. Chestnut Villa will be on your left
