B&B at Rosemary Cottage, Hooe, Near Battle, Bexhill and Eastbourne, East Sussex

The Accommodation
The main accommodation has its own decked area and private entrance, it offers either twin beds or a super king sized double bed with ensuite shower, colour TV/DVD and tea/coffee making facilities. This room is large enough to accommodate a childs travel cot.

There is an adjoining bedroom, which can accommodate 1 or 2 children/adults.

There is a further double room available inside the cottage, which has sole use of the bathroom opposite.

Plenty of private off road parking.

Just off the A259 between Pevensey and Little Common .....

The Area
Situated in 1066 country in a rural location. Visit historic towns, castles, vineyards, gardens, farms, theatres.
Beaches and Golf courses nearby.

Walking directly from the cottage or explore the beautiful South Downs, East Sussex countryside or go further afield into Kent and Surrey and even France from Ashford International or Newhaven/Dieppe
Two good local pubs within walking distance (20 mins)

NB - well behaved dogs by arrangement
