Richard and Sue welcome you to The Hotel Iverna with seafront views, close to the pier, shops and all the attractions Eastbourne has to offer.

Made famous by Hanoverian royalty in the 1780's Eastbourne is a favourite holiday destination enjoying a particularly mild and sunny climate.

There are lovely clean beaches and just adjacent is Beachy Head and miles of glorious downland scenery. You will be spoilt for choice. You will find a fine selection of shops, cafes, bars, theatres and gardens, together with exciting events throughout the year.

There are plenty of things to do and see;

Make the 575ft climb up to Beachy Head
Walk along the scenic South Downs
Stroll along elegant gardens and visit the Pier
Visit the Wish Tower or Towner Art Gallery
See a theatre show or take in some shopping
Relax in one of the many cafes and bars

The Hotel Iverna is a small bed and breakfast in a very central position being only 5 minutes walk to the pier and 10 minutes to the town centre.

The rooms

1st floor
Room 2 a twin room with en-suite toilet and private shower. This room has a balcony with full sea and pier views .Sit on the balcony in the morning and watch the sun rise, it has full sun all morning. This room can be adapted to a double room if requested.
Room 3 is a single room with en-suite shower, a very comfortable room and of good size but no sea views.

2nd floor
Room 4, another twin bedded room with outstanding sea views, it has a full size bathroom which is private to room 4, for those who like to relax in a bath after a long walk up Beachy Head

Room 5 A very large double room with fantastic sea views, it has a kingsize bed and a full size bathroom en-suite.

3rd floor

And another full size private bathroom. For a single traveller looking for a sea-fronted room this can be booked at a reduced rate.

Room 7 our family room, a very large room with king-size bed and 2 singles, en-suite shower and fantastic sea views.

All rooms have colour televisions, tea and coffee facilities, rooms 5 and 7 have a small fridge and we do have a spare if requested.

We do not have a lift but all the stairs are gradual and are of good width and rails.
A high chair is available but we do not have cots.

Breakfast is served in the dining room and we have a guest lounge area.

The breakfast is served from 7.30 ‘til 10.30 and all is freshly cooked to order from

Grilled sausage, bacon and black pudding
Baked beans, saute potato and hash brown
Fried bread, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms
Free range eggs, poached, fried, scrambled or boiled.
Tea or coffee, fruit juices, cereals and toast.
