'Sobraon' Bed & Breakfast

Kingsize bed in a large double aspect room over looking fields and our neighbours pet sheep.

The room has tea/coffee facilities, TV, DVD, Iron & Ironing Board & Hairdryer. We can sleep one child on a Z bed which is also quiet adequate for adult use to. We charge an extra £15 per night for a child

.Large bathroom adjacent, purely for guest use, including His & hers sinks, double Jacquzzi bath, shaver socket and heated towel rail.

We serve a 3 course English breakfast with fresh eggs from our free range hens. Normally served between 8.00am & 9.30am. We are happy to cater for vegetarians or people with special dietary needs as long as enough notice is given.

In our village there is a pub, village shop/mini post office and park all within 2 minutes walk. For the avid rambler there are plenty of walks through fields, woods and Orchards or if you want a beach holiday Camber Sands beach and Golf course is only a 15 minute drive.

We are also only 2 miles from the famous Cinque Port town of Rye, full of antique shops, art galleries, tea rooms, restaurants, and pubs. There are 2 markets each week, on Wednesday from 10-12 there is a farmers market and on Thursdays 8.30am - 3.00pm there is the main market which also operates on Bank Holiday Mondays.
In the area there are also a number of National Trust properties including, Sissinghurst, Scotney & Bodiam Castle and Smallhythe Place. If you are into steam trains we are very close to Tenterden and Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch railways.

For a shopping treat Canterbury is only 45 minutes away with a good combination of new & old shops and of course the beautiful Cathedral.

So as you can see there is plenty to do whether you stay for a weekend or a week.
Please note we are only a 30 minute drive from Ashford International Station if you are planning a trip to London or Euro Disney, Europe. Alot of our European customers use us for either their first or last night when staying in England as Dover is less than 1 hour away.
