Providing a cosy bed and an award winning breakfast is essential to us. With 7 breakfasts to choose from we make sure your visit to Brighton starts off with a good meal. From our full English to refreshing fresh fruit we'll prepare something delicious for you to enjoy in our breakfast room or in the comfort of your own bed.

As a Brighton bed and breakfast we want you to enjoy your visit to this wonderfully vibrant city. Our helpful and friendly staff will point you in the right direction to experience all that is on offer from the town centre to the beautiful surrounding countryside of the South Downs all in east reach of our guest house.

There are 10 well presented cosy and comfortable rooms at the bed and breakfast, 9 of which are en suite. Each room is equipped with TV, tea and coffee making facilities. Free WiFi is also available to make sure you enjoy your stay with us at Motel Schmotel.

We are a non-smoking B&B.
