Southcroft has six bedrooms all tastefully decorated, one single, two twins, two doubles and one family room all en-suite located over two floors. All rooms have fluffy towels, tea and coffee trays and complementary toiletries.

We have a comfortable guest lounge where guests can meet before going out for the day and relax at the end of the day.

We offer a full award winning breakfast menu, ranging from full English, haddock, continental, lighter options, fresh fruit, cereals, homemade jams and fresh bread most mornings. We also offer packed lunches for your days out.

We welcome walkers walking the South Downs Way which is just over half a mile away. Several walking companies use us for their clients.

Eastbourne's promenade is 400 metres from the Southcroft where you can walk all the way to the harbour (4 miles away!)

There are five main theatres in Eastbourne, Devonshire Park, Congress, Hippodrome, Winter Gardens, underground theatre, plus the busiest Bandstand in the UK where there are over 100 shows during the summer season (beginning of May to the end of September)

Local attractions are Seven Sisters, Beachy Head, Redoubt fortress, Towner Art Gallery, Devonshire Park Tennis complex where the Ladies pre Wimbledon tournament takes place every year.

Eastbourne's many events, the UK's largest free air display Airbourne, Magnificent Motors, Beer & Cider by the Sea, Lammas Festival, Steam Punk, Bonfire parade to name just a few are easily accessible.

Ideal base for exploring East and West Sussex and Kent. One hour from Gatwick Airport and one hour forty minutes from London Victoria by train.
