Hillcliffe House
Hillcliffe House is a completely and newly renovated property, it's open planning living makes it very modern with everything brand new. There is a sun lounge for guests to enjoy a cup of tea after returning from their day out, the garden also faces the sea so good views.
There are two brand new bedrooms, furnished and decorated to a high standard, one with En Suite one with shower room both brand new. One double room has lovely views of the sea and one of the garden. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are provided in the bedrooms.
There is a very good bus service in the village to take you to Rye, Hastings and Battle, also a bus service along the coast to Folkstone and other Kent villages. There is a great sandy beach at Camber sands which children just love, The area is of Natural Beauty with beautiful walks and close by beaches.
There are three historic towns close by Rye which is a cinque port, with cobbled streets many restaurants and shops. Battle 1066 country with the Battle Abbey many restaurants and pubs.
Hastings with a large town for shopping plus a very nice sea front also a cinque port with its fishing boats. The pier has just been completely rebuilt after a fire and has many attractions on it. Fairlight is a pretty village with many properties over looking the sea and also beautiful walks on the country park over looking the sea which is just above Hillcliffe.
We aim to make our guests feel very comfortable and enjoy a lovely break in this beautiful part of the world. We provide a very good English breakfast with all the trimmings to set you up for the day. We have had a Bed and Breakfast for 11yra in France and enjoy meeting people
