We have on offer one double room and one twin room both with on-suite shower, The twin beds have a zip & link system to create a king size bed should that be preferred. Both rooms have a flat screen TV & complimentary tea/coffee making facilities (Sorry, no complimentary Mini Bar)
A full English breakfast is included in the price,. Special diets catered for upon request
We operate a no smoking policy within the property, However, please feel free to use the garden.

The town of Battle, Rye, Hastings, Eastbourne, Beachy Head & the South Downs are all close by.
Local attractions include The De La Warr Pavilion, a national centre for contemporary arts as well as a place for entertainment, education, refreshment and relaxation for local residents & visitors alike.

Bexhill-on-Seas picturesque Old Town is certainly worth a visit with many examples of Georgian architecture, the buildings in Bexhill Old Town have many points of interest including St Peter's Church which dates back to Saxon times.

For those interested in history the ruins and remains of the Manor House can be seen, originally built in the 13th Century. It's a lovely place to enjoy some peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings.
Sitting at the heart of the district of Rother in East Sussex, Bexhill-on-Sea is a quiet and relaxed seaside town.

Bexhill-on-Sea has two of the best golf courses in East Sussex. The Cooden Beach Golf Course was described as 'a good sporting course' when it first opened in 1912. Highwoods Golf Course is found slightly more inland. Established in 1924, it has matured over the years into one of the best courses in the area.
