The Four Sevens Guesthouse is situated in a quiet location within a few minutes stroll from the centre of town. We are also a short bus ride away from both railway stations and the University of Essex and a few minutes walk from Colchester Study Centre and the Colchester Institute.
The Four Sevens Guesthouse offers you a warm and friendly welcome - whether you come to Colchester to work, play, visit friends/relatives, or just to remind yourself of the pleasure of a previous visit.
The Four Sevens Guesthouse is a very large and spacious Victorian house which has only just recently undergone a full refurbishment of all its rooms and facilities.
Staff are also fluent in Greek. Children welcome from age 5.
The large airy and bright rooms have been modernised to a very high standard. They are equipped with:

In addition to the warm reception and generous breakfasts we also have the availability of some off street parking.
Our Guest House meets all necessary Fire Regulations for sleeping accommodation and we ensure that we maintain these important requirements each Year by undergoing inspections by the Fire and Rescue Services.
