Close to Southend Airport and V festival, Hanningfield Reservoir 2 miles Billericay 3 miles from our house.

An excellent location to spend some spare time in the outdoors.

A great nature reserve set around the reservoir, fishing, walking, bird (email hidden) to visit for a morning or afternoon. Remember to take the binoculars to see everything the Café on the Water is in The Lodge at Hanningfield.

Lots of nice pubs with a good local beer and food.

As well we have nice cycling roads and can provide cycling bikes free of charge.
Guest can use the snooker room /bar and free use of washing machine and fridge .
For the guests we provide fresh towels, we can change the bed linen on request without charge; we can provide for the guests fresh tea including peppermint tea from the garden, coffee and biscuits

Liverpool St line is only three miles away will give you a lift for free.
