The Coach House Bed & Breakfast
The Coach House is a renovated Cotswold Stone building with a modern, cosy, comfortable interior. It has views across the valley to Minchinhampton Common, and is easily accessible from the Stroud to Cirencester road.
We offer a King size ensuite bedroom, and a second double bedroom with private bathroom. There is access to the deck and garden for our guests.
The property is located in a charming village with a brilliant friendly pub serving delicious and reasonably priced meals. There is a special music night on a Monday.
There is also a huge range of gastro pubs in the area to choose from. Easy access to Stroud, Nailsworth, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tetbury and Bath, and all that the Cotswold villages and attractions have to offer.
Full English breakfast is included in my price, and I have four star listing from Visit Britain.
The rooms are well appointed with hospitality tray, TV, video, radio, hairdryer, central heating, fridge in the main room.
Prices start at £55 per room per night, and may vary according to season and local events.
There is a new Designer Outlet centre in Gloucester near the Dock development, shopping in Cheltenham, the Mall at Cribbs Causeway, and Bath. Polo is played at Cirencester Park where the Royals are regular visitors. Painswick is a jewel in the Cotswold crown and only 5 miles away, Malmesbury and the Naked Gardeners is about 30 minutes drive away, Slimbridge and the Wildfowl Trust also about 30 minutes in the car.
Cattle Country in Berkeley could be visited, exploring the Edward Jenner museum on the same day. Roman links abound and there are many museums to visit for information. Visit Chedworth to see the Roman remains. Walk part of the Cotswold Way, the Wysis Way, and the many NGS open gardens.
