Homelands Bed and Breakfast is a house of comfort, style and elegance in a convenient semi-rural location very close to Cheltenham owned by proprietors Erik and Nikki Burger.
Homelands has three comfortable and well-appointed en-suite bedrooms with luxurious accessories. The rooms have up-to-date technology such as free Wi-Fi access and flat-screen HD multi-channel FreeSat TV, luxurious toiletries, Egyptian cotton bedding, hairdryers and coffee and tea making facilities.
Single rooms start at £35 and double rooms at £60.
There is a Residents breakfast/ sitting room available, a fridge and micro-wave oven are also available exclusively for guests and is accessible 24 hours 7 days a week so guests can store their own food or drink, and warm food up.
There is an iron and ironing board for guest's use, a space to dry wet clothing and muddy boots overnight; torches, umbrella's and walking sticks to borrow; and secure storage for bicycles.
Breakfast is a lavish affair at Homelands with an emphasis on fresh local ingredients, and home-made, organic and Fair-Trade Endorsed produce.
Homelands has strong 'green' credentials such as reducing energy use and food miles, and using environmentally friendly products.
Homelands occupies a quiet position along a semi-rural dead-end (no through) lane in the village of Woodmancote, with plenty of private parking spaces. It looks out over the farmland of 'Nottingham Hill' at the front and is within walking distance, up a steep lane, of Cleeve Hill, the highest point in The Cotswolds.
It is within close proximity to Bishops Cleeve, Winchcombe and Cheltenham.
Woodmancote village itself has local amenities including a primary school, newsagent and excellent pub. The town of Winchcombe is around three miles away and offers an excellent array of shopping, pubs, restaurants, and recreational facilities.
