Enjoy the elegance and luxury of Captiva, our home on the beach front in Milford-on-Sea, near Lymington, in the New Forest.

Captiva's double ensuite bedroom is large and very comfortable with a 3-seater sofa and all the extras you would expect in a 5 star establishment. There is also a single/twin bedded room for guests travelling with children or friends.

Our breakfasts are a gourmet experience with traditional breakfasts using best quality locally sourced produce or healthy options which include smoothies and smoked salmon omelettes.

Guests are welcome to sit in the garden or to wander through to the cliff walks with its spectacular views of the Isle of Wight, Hengistbury Head and Bournemouth. The New Forest is just a short drive away where 2000 ponies roan freely and we provide guide maps for walks or drives through the Forest. There is also a Beach hut available for summer rental just a few miles away in Barton on Sea.

Take the passenger ferry from Keyhaven to the Needles or take the car ferry and spend the day on the Island. Ferry services are frequent and do not require to be booked much in advance. Dorset with Hardy country is only a drive away and for the shoppers there are Southampton and Bournemouth for a great choice of both High Street and boutique shops.

The New Forest is a Gourmet paradise - Chewton Glen a 7 star property is 10 minutes' drive away as are Whitley Ridge, Pebble Beach etc.

Come any time of year and there is always something on including Fireworks in Bournemouth every Friday night, Prom concerts in the Park in Beaulieu, Round the Island Races, Cowes Week, New Forest Show in July, pony sales 3 times a year.
