All rooms are en-suite with bathroom toiletries and fresh white towels. Also available is free wifi access, tea & coffee making facilities, bottled water, hair dryer & digital LCDTV with freeview. We have both twin and double rooms, with very comfortable single and double beds. We are proud to have a 4 star rating from the Visit Britain board.

We use local produce in our breakfasts and serve a vegetarian and vegan alternative on request and all meat and non-meat products are cooked and served separately. There are a wide selection of cereals, grapefruit, and fruit juice available too, with fresh wholemeal and white toast as well as tea, coffee or herbal infusions.

Guests can explore some of the many attractions in the area including; outlet shopping at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth or Whiteley for those that are interested in some retail therapy, HMS Victory, HMS Warrior, the New Forest, the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth and sailing / surfing on the Hamble or Solent, as well as many galleries and museums. Southampton Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away.

We also welcome guests who are visiting family at one of the nearby naval bases or who may be in the area on business.

The B&B has a garden and also off-street parking.

Rates are from £60 to £65 per double/twin room.
Single occupation from £45 to £49
