You are assured a warm welcome and a comfortable stay at Copsewood House B&B Hayling Island. The house is set in lovely gardens overlooking fields in the historic and quiet rural North Hayling area with St. Peters our 11th century church close by.

We are situated amongst farm land in an area designated as A.O.N.B. and near to both Langstone Harbour and Chichester Harbour, both these harbours have sites designated as wildlife reserves. We have a wide variety of shore, wader and country birds, which are often seen, in our garden. Being so close to beaches and beautiful countryside there are many places to go on walks and cycle rides. Hayling Island has World-renowned sailing waters, fishing, windsurfing, Blue flag beaches and Beachlands fun fair.

There is ample off road car parking and lock up facilities for bikes and drying areas for clothes. Smoking area, with lights and heating.

Children and pets are welcome at Copsewood House Bed & Breakfast, Hayling Island.

Our Guests are given a complimentary round of Golf at Beachlands Par 3 Golf Course.

All rooms have en-suite facilities, colour flat screen TV with Sky and freeview channels, mini fridge, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, facilities, bottled water, internet access, hair dryer, central heating and complimentary bottle of white, red or rose wine each.

One room has a large private south facing balcony with table & chairs and recliners.

We have a selection of single, twin, double, and family rooms available.

Breakfast is served in the Dining room overlooking the back garden. Sit in comfort and enjoy a leisurely breakfast watching the many birds that visit the garden. We serve breakfast using antique cut glasses, cutlery and china crockery, bone china and silver tea and coffee pots. We specialise in a full English or Continental breakfast, using as many locally produced food products as possible. Try our special smoked salmon and scrambled egg.

Special rates are available for Business people.
Long term rates for contractors and consultants are also available.

World renowned sailing waters, fishing, windsurfing, Blue flag beaches, and Beachlands fun fair. Our harbours are some of the best places in the world to see shorebirds with several sites designated as wildlife reserves.

Ideally placed for those wishing to visit the nearby maritime city of Portsmouth with its many attractions.

The historic city of Chichester is just a short journey away.

The picturesque fishing village of Emsworth is also well worth a visit.

Havant train station is a short journey away with trains leaving regulary to London, Portsmouth, Chichester and Southampton.

Hayling Ferry is located South of the Island with a passenger ferry which goes to Portsmouth.

The Isle of Wight is just a day trip away and
you can take the Hovercraft, passenger ferry or car ferry.
