Woodpeckers cottage - comprises of a double bedroom sitting room with dining area and bathroom with bath and shower and own garden on a B&B basis.

Green Woodpeckers comprises of a king size bed in bedroom bathroom with walk in shower and fully equipped kitchen self-catering

Yaffles - comprises of a double bedroom sitting room with dining area and shower room with own garden on a B&B basis

We are situated at the end of a long track far off of the road so it is quiet and peaceful here at Woodpeckers. It is ideal for a holiday or a short break as there are lots of places to visit from here you have Mottisfont Abbey and Broadlands house and gardens also the New forest is 10 minutes away, also the small market town of Romsey is within 10 minutes drive and Salisbury is 20 minutes.

We are also 20 minutes from Southampton. There are also a few good pubs to eat in locally and our local pub runs a taxi service you get down there and they will bring you home, so you can have a drink with your meal.

Romsey has a few good places to eat Indian and Thai. We are close to Beaulieu car museum Lyndhurst and the forest is great for walking and riding bikes, we have a route from woodpeckers that takes you on minor roads to the forest if you are a keen cyclist.

There are also loads of footpaths around this area and you can walk to Romsey without coming into contact with much road at all. Woodpeckers suites have their own gardens so you can sit and watch the birds and rabbits and just chill with a nice glass of wine
