Lea House Bed & Breakfast
Andy and Sophie Evans invites you to come and stay in their family home, between Mitcheldean and Ross-on-Wye, where you will be offered a very warm welcome. They have moved from Guernsey in the Channel Islands where Sophie was born, Andy was born and bred in Ledbury, Herefordshire, moving to Guernsey in his twenties where he met and married Sophie and they had two children who have now flown the nest
Lea House offers the same high standards in three well-appointed bedrooms. The décor is eclectic with pieces gathered from around the UK and Guernsey. We enjoy buying pieces from local craftsman championing the local talent that is evident. If you like any pieces on your stay we will happily arrange for you to make contact.
If you are coming on a walking or cycling trip we offer dry secure storage for bikes and boots and will happily provide you with the hose to wash down any muddy attire, collected from the Forest of Dean and surrounding area. Pets are also welcomed, with plenty of countryside available for exercising.
With our knowledge of local suppliers, why not leave it to us to arrange your activities that you may want to partake. With so much in the area, let us assist you.
Good food is also an essential part of this household and guests will find the home-made food a real treat, all produce is sourced locally where possible and bread is home-made, as is our jam and granola.
