Three double rooms with Super King size beds, two of which can split to become singles. All rooms en-suite.


All rooms are on the first floor and benefit from beautiful views.

All rooms contain a welcome pack with local attraction leaflets, teas, coffees, home-made biscuits, fresh milk. You will also find dressing gowns, hairdryer, clock radio, comfy chair or sofa and toiletries in the bathroom. Each room has a flat-screen TV and we offer Free Wi-Fi.

Breakfast includes fresh fruit, juices, choice of yogurts, breads, pastries and cereals. You can then chose a full English breakfast or something lighter such as poached eggs, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon or boiled eggs. Home-made preserves are always available.


We are conveniently located for walking, cycling, golf, star gazing, we have very dark skies, painting, bird watching and just chilling. You may like to relax by the pond with a glass of wine and a good book, either your own, or chosen from our shelves.

Evening meals are available if ordered in the morning and we always use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, many from our own garden when in season. Although unlicensed, we are happy to chill your wine/beer etc and do not charge corkage. Ice, lemon etc are also provided without charge.

Rates. October to April, £80-£90 per room per night including breakfast
May to September, £90 - £100 per room
Single occupancy discounted to £55 and £65 in high season.
