A warm welcome awaits you at our nine bed room non-smoking family run hotel where we endeavour to create a friendly and homely atmosphere.

Overlooking a sandy bay and the English Channel. Yet close to town and quaint harbour and cliff top walks. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors sorry no lifts. Your bedrooms some with magnificent sea views and 2 with private balcony with table and chairs so you can enjoy the sun rise or sun set all offer colour TV tea-making facilities, hairdryer clock radio and shoe cleaning kit and small fridge.

All offer en-suite and have complementary toiletries. Double glazed and full central heating ideal for a break any time of the year.

Choose from our breakfast menu choice of 3 fruit juices, 8 cereals or fresh fruit or grapefruit segments to start with. Then Full English breakfast, poached eggs etc or choice of 2 smoked fish or Vegetarian followed by toast and as much tea herbal teas, fruit teas, coffee or hot chocolate. You can drink served at individual tables with unrivalled views out to sea.

Vegetarian and other special diets can be catered for. After breakfast, or indeed at any time relax in our comfortable lounge which adjoins the dining room both on ground floor.

We have been awarded by English Tourist Council 4 stars and also the Sliver award. Free on street parking out side, own front door key to come and go as you please. No one who visits Broadstairs can fail to be captivated by this pretty seaside town. The harbour, parks and gardens the quaint streets and buildings combine into something that is uniquely to Broadstairs.

For day trips abroad the port of Dover and LeShuttle are 30 to 40 minutes drive away, or spend some time in the cathedral town of Canterbury enjoying the range of shops which is 20 miles away by car, bus or train .
