A newly established, family run bed and breakfast.

Sitting just off of the sea front, our bed and breakfast is ideally located to keep you close enough to enjoy the beautiful beach, whilst being far enough away from it to avoid the crowd. The beach sits 100 metres from the front door and the local attractions and amusements you expect to find are all just as close.

There are several cafés, restaurants and bars all within walking distance offering a wide variety of food for whatever takes your fancy.

The town centre is also within walking distance with it's own seaside town charms. There are a wide range of shops here ranging from the very ordinary to the very extraordinary. One weekend just isn't enough to take in all Herne Bay town has to offer.

There are also the local towns and cities to see. Canterbury is a short drive away, with a bus service which runs straight there. There is also any number of small towns boasting that quiet charm you simply cannot find anywhere else.

All rooms in the B&B have colour television, tea/coffee facilities, wireless internet and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

There are sea views from the balcony adjoining the double room and one of the family rooms.

Single room: £25 Accommodation

Double room: From £40 Accommodation

Family room: £50 Accommodation (minimum 2 people stay)

Family room: £10 for additional person (maximum 4 people with breakfast £75)

Children over 5 years old is £10 per child

Children under 5 stay free

Breakfast available at £5 per person. (Optional)

Children’s breakfast is £3 per child.
