Wilderness Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast

A lovely B & B located perfectly to visit Sissinghurst Castle Gardens, Great Dixter, Leeds Castle and the many attractions on offer in Kent. The accommodation is self-contained making it ideal for longer stays.

We are near many of the castles - Bodiam, Scotney, Hever to mention but a few.

Our rooms have TV, free WiFi and tea and coffee maming facilities. Breakfast is served in the main house and when possible on our lovely patio.

We are set in a beautiful totally tranquil location but still very close to the popular places to visit- Sissinghurst Castle Gardens the National Trust's most popular destination.
We are equal distance from Canterbury and Tunbridge Wells and located a mile outside Headcorn where there is a mainline station to London Charing Cross and London Bridge making day visists to London very easy. We are aprox 1 hour 20 minutes from Gatwick and Heathrow.

We are situated about 40 minutes fronm the Channel Tunnel.
We are 15 minutes from Tenterden which is a picturesque market town with the famous steam railway running to Bodiam Castle. There are lovely unique shops to browse around and a great choice of restaurants and coffee shops.

We have a very good choice of local pubs to enjoy - The Three Chimneys, The Flying Horse at Smarden, The Bell and Jorrocks at Frittenden and an excellent Indian...The Raja of Kent.

We are are about a 45 minute drive to the coast to visit Rye and spend the day on the many beaches to choose from, a popular one being Camber Sands.

We are walking distance from Headcorn Aerodrome where there are many activities to take part in.

The Wildlife Trust to photogrpah the lions is within a couple of miles just outside Smarden.
