Our lower 'Room Only Rates' are designed to meet everyone's budget, but we still like to provide every guest a light continental breakfast free of charge. A Full-English is available for only £3.50.

All rooms are equipped with freeview TV's, luxury mattress toppers as well as free fast wifi and tea/coffee making facilities.

A free Local Discount Card is available during your stay, including 30% off vouchers for the Merlin Blackpool attractions, which includes the Tower, Dungeons, Madame Tussauds and the Sea Life Centre.

Low-cost parking from £5.00 per day is available at a pay-and-display car park nearby.

We offer 8 Full En-Suite Rooms or 2 Standard Singles with Shower, Wash Basin, and a shared Toilet.

ALL of our Bedrooms are Centrally Heated with Digital LCD TV's, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Hand Soap, Towels, Lamps and Alarm Clocks. Iron and Hair-dryers are also available.

Self-Service Continental Breakfast is available from 9:00am till 10:00am (last sitting 9:30am).
Alternatively, if these times are not convenient or you would prefer a Quality Full English Breakfast, a Discounted Breakfast Voucher can be purchased on arrival for ONLY £3.50 per person, or £2.50 per child under 10 yrs.

This can be exchanged for a Full English, Vegetarian or Omelette Breakfast, from Wexford's Diner located less than 30 yards away and open 8:00am till 3:00pm daily.

We are an unlicensed premises, and Party Groups and Persons Under 25 Years are Not accepted at Weekends (excluding Families with Children).
