The Dawnlee is ideally situated midway between the Central and South Piers, just 100 yards from the Promenade and within easy walking distance of the famous Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens, Theatres, Pleasure Beach, Shops, Markets, Casinos and the many other attractions Blackpool has to offer.

We are also conveniently located close to all amenities and major travel links.

Parking in Blackpool can be difficult at the best of times, but here at the Dawnlee we have our own free limited private parking for our guests.

A full English breakfast is served each morning in our tastefully decorated dining room. We will, of course, cater for any special dietary requirements, just let us know! A high chair is available for our younger guests.

Our Residential Licensed Bar offers comfortable surroundings for our guests to relax and unwind after a busy day.
The Bar is open each evening offering a choice of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Maybe enjoy a game of 8 Ball Pool or try your luck at the Fruit Machine.

We offer a variety of rooms to cater for most situations; all are tastefully decorated with most rooms offering en-suite facilities. These include Double Rooms, Twin Rooms and Family Rooms. All rooms have colour televisions, complimentary tea & coffee making facilities, double glazing and full central heating.
A travel cot is available on request for those with younger children.
