We are a friendly family run Bed and Breakfast in Blackpool so we pride ourselves on cleanliness, excellent home cooked food and a relaxing atmosphere making your stay an enjoyable one.

Our Bed and Breakfast hotel accommodation caters for 21 guest, families, couples, oaps, small groups (TBA).
Sorry we do not take stag or hen parties. Nor one night stays.

Our Bed and Breakfast room accommodation range from Double, Twin, family with tea/coffee facilities, Digital TV, central heating, Double glazing and towels are provided our bed and breakfast hotel is very clean and decorative throughout.

All our prices include a full English breakfast or an alternative of your choice, we also cater for vegetarians.

Our rooms are very clean, modern and decorative with comfortable beds extra pillows provided for your comfort.

Booking in time from 14.00pm on departure rooms are to be vacated at 10.00am but don’t worry you can leave your luggage in our lounge area until you are ready to leave.

All our meals are of high standard and home cooked offering a different menu each day, we cater for most dietary requirements, we also provide children’s menu

Terms & Condition
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable according to season.
Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken. Rooms are be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
The proprietors cannot accept any responsibility for loss of guest property unless handed in for safe custody accounts must be paid on arrival.
In the event of any cancellation or curtailment should accommodation not be re-let, the person on the booking form will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation, less an allowance for food and service.
Deposits are not refundable but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.
If the deposit has been paid using a credit card authorised account number then any payment due owing to cancellation will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a party to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests
