Our Guest House is a Grade 2 listed property, with lots of the old character that goes with the age of the house.

We are a family run Guest House within the town of Padiham. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.

For breakfast we offer a full English breakfast or the option of a vegetarian breakfast with a choice of fruit juices and tea or coffee. A packed sandwich is also available upon request if needed. If an early start is required then we can accommodate this for you too .We aim to be of help to you while you stay with us.

We are within easy reach of local areas of - Burnley, Pendle, Blackburn, Accrington, Clitheroe, Leeds Liverpool Canal and the local industrial areas of Shuttleworth Mead, Network 65 and Altham.

We have local historical attractions of the grand Gawthorpe Hall famous for the lace making and also Townley Hall .We offer ground floor rooms, with free wifi to all rooms. There is the use of ironing facilities and hair dryers.

With great walks of the nearby areas we have a great choice of where to go - Pendle Hill, Barley, Newchurch all part of the Pendle Witch areas. Bronte country is also a short distance away where you can see the beautiful countryside.

We are also near the Leeds Liverpool Canal where you can cycle to either end of the canal. We have a local sports centre in Padiham for use of a swimming pool and also a gym. There is a choice of local restaurants within a few minutes of walking distance (English, Chinese, Italian, Indian and bistro dining too)
