Hinckley is a small market town with a Monday & Saturday market, collectables market on Fridays, selling a wide variety of goods, and a Farmers Market every month.
Castle St provides the main shopping area with various shops and cafe's.
Also a wide variety of restaurants including Chinese, Thai, Italian, Indian, Nepalese, English etc. can be found in the town.
At weekends in the summer months there are various activities in the Argents Mead park for all ages, including live bands also Holly croft park hosts a Proms in the Park.
There is a golf course near by and also the Stadium on Leicester Rd which hosts football, rugby and cricket in season.
