A smartly presented former farmhouse offering warm, friendly hospitality and service and freshly prepared home cooked food. An attractive Restaurant and Bar are located in the main building, whilst the bedrooms are located, motel style, in a separate block around the pretty courtyard. To the front of the restaurant there is also a relaxing beer garden with stunning sunsets.

There are 8 twin bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, LCD Freeview TV, free WiFi, hairdryer and new high quality Sealy mattresses (Jan 2010). One room has facilities for the disabled please ask for more details when booking. Our rooms provide a comfortable stay for short visits to Lincolnshire, functions at the Petwood Hotel, Golfers attending one of the many excellent local golf courses or business stays. There is parking immediately outside the rooms providing easy access for your luggage. The setting is very peaceful proving a good nights rest.

The fully licensed restaurant and bar are both open at lunchtime and the evenings where high quality food and drink are served in comfortable surroundings. We are closed for food & drinks on Monday lunchtime only. Our home cooked local food has been recognised by Tastes of Lincolnshire since 2006.

Sunday Lunch we offer a 3-course menu for £12.95, or 2-courses for £10.95. It is advisable to book in advance for our busier times over the weekend.

Woodhall Spa is a beautiful village for a weekend break. There is the old cinema, The Kinema in The Woods and lovely walks through the woods.
