Canal View Bed & Breakfast

We have 3 rooms available, which can be used as a Family room, Twin and Double rooms and a single. All are furnished contemporarily in a modern, warm and comfortable house. A guest lounge is available for your use with a selection of books and games available.

All our guest rooms have a digital freeview television, tea & coffee making facilities and an en-suite with electric shower. All beds are made with Egyptian cotton bed linen and soft fluffy towels add to your comfort.

Our delicious breakfasts are made with locally sourced produce and range from 'Full English' to warm bagels served with home-made jam. A vegetarian option is also available and special diets can be catered for by arrangement.

We are ideally located on the Lincoln Road just 5 miles North West of Lincoln and close to the Nottinghamshire border. There is a gravel drive at the front of the house providing ample off-road parking.

Saxilby is a picturesque village situated on the Fossdyke Navigation, the oldest canal in Britain, believed to have originally been dug by the Romans. It links Lincoln with the River Trent. There are lots of places to eat and drink in and around Saxilby. Lincolnshire showground is a short drive away.

Lincoln, Gainsborough and Newark are all within easy reach. Saxilby is well served busses and train services. Lincoln can be easily reached by car, train or bus or a gentle walk/cycle ride along the towpath. There are lots of places to eat and drink in and around Saxilby.
