Sunnyside B&B offers a warm welcome, comfortable accommodation and a traditional English breakfast. All guest rooms are en-suite with DVD/Digital TV's, fridges and tea/coffee making facilities and hair dryers.

We have double, twin and family rooms and cater for all ages and can provide a travel cot. We also have a ground floor room with bath.

Sunnyside B&B has it's own private free car park and no roadside restirctions so there's always room to park near our guest house. Sunnyside B&B also has a relaxing conservatory and south facing patio area to soak up some sun.

Sunnyside B&B accommodation is at the heart off Skegness, Lincolnshire located at the North side off Skegness near the north bowling greens and is approx. 3 miles from Butlins and fantasy Island that has one off the biggest markets in Britain.
Skegness has many themed weekends such as Northern Soul, Rock n Roll, scooter rally's extreme sports and many more.

In Skegness there is always plenty to do, with Natureland seal sanctuary, Hardy's animal farm, Pier Lazar quest, Embassy swimming pool both indoor and outdoor Ten pin bowling and the national greens bowls, or you could always hit the local shops are go bag yourself a bargain at Eastgate market and not to forget the night time with pubs and clubs or family bars with children’s disco's play area's and entertainment. And there is always the Embassy theatre, the tower cinema, arcades and cash or prize bingo halls. Skegness also offers a huge range of cafe's and restaurants with English, Indian, Chinese, Italian or Thai food.

Sunnyside B&B is only a short distance to the train and bus station.

Near by is Boston a pretty little market town and only 30 minutes drive away is Horncastle, which offers a large selection of antique shops. Please give us a ring for any further information.
